Hello,

My wife (Diane) and I are originally from the Philadelphia area. However, we have lived in just about every region
within the USA. We eventually moved to Florida in 2016 when I retired, and after spending 3 years in Venice, Fl we
came further south to Tarpon Landings in October of 2019.

I spent my entire 42-year career in the Industrial Pump Business at several Fortune 500 companies. I came up
through the Sales environment, and eventually ended my career as President in my final position. I have
experienced all levels of management from Finance to HR to Operations. I was fortunate to have worked for some
outstanding people who taught leadership and teamwork as the fundamental skills for success.

Living here at Tarpon Landings has brought us a tremendous amount of joy, with a whole new lifestyle that is
relaxing and enjoyable. The talent pool of people we have met have been nothing short of spectacular. Everyone
is ready to pitch in and help each other, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
