Hello,
My name is Joseph Caravello (Joe), 

I reside in building 1 with my wife Halina. We purchased our unit in 2010 and became Florida residents in 2019. I have attended NYU, 1978 to 1980, Stevens Institute of Technology, 1980 to 1983, University of Houston, 1984 to 1986, and Rice University ,1991 working towards a degree in polymer chemistry. 

I am currently a partner in a coatings manufacturing company, Custom Coatings Solutions (CCS) was formed with three other partners in 2010. I have been in the coatings industry my whole career, approximately 45 years mostly with Guardsman Products and have held various positions throughout my career.  The positions included Lab manager, Chief chemist, National technical director, and General manager of our facility in Jackson Tennessee. I also was President of the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology for one term, served one term as past President, and three years on the Board of Directors. 

Tarpon Landings is the premier community in Cape Coral and probably all Southwest Florida.  Not only because we have great facilities and beautiful condos, but it is also because of the people who reside here. In the last 3 years I have met more neighbors, than I met in the last 30 years combined.  Many of you have become friends, and it is my hope that many more will become friends. Tarpon Landings is a wonderful place to live and continues to get better. I accepted the invitation to be secretary because I believe in our community and our board.
